Triple Bottom Line Team

  • D'arcy Nichol

    President

I grew up on my parents' vineyard and winery in B.C.’s Okanagan Valley. Working in a small, family-run enterprise taught me the importance of a community-centred, collaborative approach to business with an emphasis on quality, value, and fairness.

After finishing school, I worked as a teacher, screen-printer, and musician before discovering a passion for building during my first summer in the Yukon. I have been fortunate to work for Evergreen Homes and Construction for the last decade, the highlight of which was partnering with Da Daghay Development Corp. on the Riverbend affordable housing project.

I am honored to serve as part of the TBL team, and to help further the social, environmental, and economic well-being of our community.
